1Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ap33 and every individual who accesses, registers, or uses the ap33 online gaming platform, whether through our website or mobile app. By clicking the "Register" button, making your first deposit, or simply browsing the platform's content, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.

Ap33 reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable conditions.

2Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the ap33 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged 18 years and above on the registration date and throughout the membership period.
• Being an individual — registration on behalf of a company, organisation, or other entity is not permitted.
• Not being subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions that prohibit participation in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never having been removed, blocked, or banned from the ap33 platform previously.

Ap33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm member eligibility. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account in question.

3Registration & Account Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the ap33 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or bank card details — constitute a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts without refund of any remaining balance.

You are fully responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information at all times.
• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
• Ensuring no third party uses your account without authorisation.
• Notify ap33 immediately if there is any unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your personal information whenever any changes occur.

Ap33 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. All activity carried out through your account is entirely your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to our support team beforehand.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Ap33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Regarding Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM5 per transaction.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account within seconds once payment is confirmed.
• Ap33 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits.
• All deposited funds must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per request.
• Withdrawal requests that have met the rollover requirements will be processed within 15 to 30 minutes.
• Ap33 reserves the right to request KYC verification before approving a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Ap33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. Each bonus offered is subject to rollover requirements and specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The following terms apply generally to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Each account, IP address, device, or shared payment method is eligible to claim a new bonus only once.
• Rollover requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal from a bonus balance is permitted.
• Ap33 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or account coordination to exploit promotions.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value beyond their use on the platform.
• Ap33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Members found abusing the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts, coordinating wagering to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk, or any form of bonus fraud — will have their accounts suspended and all winnings from such activity forfeited.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ap33 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by internationally accredited bodies. The Return to Player (RTP) value for each game title can be found in the respective game information.

Members agree to comply with the following rules when playing on the ap33 platform:

• Not using any software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to exploit games or platform systems.
• Not colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Live Casino and table games.
• Not exploiting any technical errors, system disruptions, or vulnerabilities in the gaming software.
• Not using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for the purpose of bypassing regional restrictions.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session that prevents the outcome from being determined, ap33 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wagered amount to the member's account balance. ap33's decision on technical issues is final.

7Member Responsibilities & Prohibitions

As an ap33 member, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities that may compromise the security, integrity, or reputation of the platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any criminal purpose.
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing content containing malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Disrupting, attacking, or attempting to unlawfully access restricted areas of the platform.
• Cheating, bullying, or harassing other members in any community feature or live chat on the platform.
• Impersonating ap33 staff, support agents, or any other authority.
• Sharing or selling access to your account to any third party.

Any violation of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action, which may include temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, balance freezing, and where necessary, appropriate legal proceedings.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Ap33 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account immediately without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age.
• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Opening of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Withdrawal requests suspected to be unauthorized or suspicious.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. For closures initiated under a responsible gaming programme (self-imposed limits), the selected "cooling-off" period will be fully enforced and cannot be reversed before it expires.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (unrelated to fraudulent activity or terms violations) will be returned to the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Ap33 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the smoothness, uninterrupted availability, or accuracy of the platform at all times. While we strive to maintain 24/7 platform availability, technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect access.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ap33 and any of its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Losses or loss of funds arising from game outcomes that are not in the member's favour.
• Service disruptions caused by technical failures, cyberattacks, or natural disasters.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Ap33's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Terms Amendments & Governing Law

Ap33 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via an in-platform notice or registered email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such amendments constitutes the member's full acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation and amicable settlement between the parties concerned.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
